Every problem found, fixed and proven.
Turn a failed inspection or a near miss into a job with a name and a due date. It is not closed until someone shows it was fixed.

Nothing slips off the list.
The health-check note, the broken fridge seal, the cleaning that was missed. Each gets an owner and stays in view until it is done.

Show the fix was made.
For the serious issues, sign-off needs proof attached. When an inspector asks what you did, the full history is already there.

The regular jobs appear on time.
Set a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly check once. Each round shows up as a job when it is due, and you can see what is overdue.

From “we found a problem” to “it’s done”
Four steps, and nothing closes by accident.
Log it
Add the problem, or let it arrive from an audit or inspection. Set how urgent it is.
Give it an owner
Name a person, a team or a role, and set a due date, so everyone knows whose job it is.
Show the fix
The owner starts the work and sends it for review. Urgent items need proof attached before sign-off.
Sign off and close
Someone verifies it and closes it. Every step is recorded, and a closed item can be reopened if it comes back.
Built so nothing gets lost
Simple for the person doing the fix. Clear for the person who has to sign it off.
Proof before sign-off
Urgent items cannot be signed off without proof attached, and every change is logged for good.
Repeating work on autopilot
Set a schedule once and each due round becomes a job on its own, with no duplicates.
Works with the rest of your business
Findings from your audits can open a job here automatically, so the follow-up never depends on someone remembering.
Actions, answered.
Any piece of work that has to be finished and checked: a corrective action after an audit, a repair, a follow-up from an inspection. Each has a title, an owner, a due date and a priority.
Yes. For high-priority and blocking items, sign-off needs at least one piece of proof attached. Lower-priority items can be signed off without it.
Yes. Choose a daily, weekly, twice-monthly, monthly or quarterly rhythm and each due round appears as its own job. A list shows what is coming up and what is overdue.
Yes. Every status change is written to a history that cannot be edited afterwards, so you can show how an issue was handled from start to finish.
A closed or signed-off item can be reopened and goes back to the start of the list. Cancelling is also available for items that are no longer needed.
